摘　　要：阐述高等职业教育中以就业为指导的英语课程设计研究,做好高职英语课程设计是最大限度的提高教学质量,使毕业生在就业中得到最大实惠的举措。阐述了高等职业教育英语课程的定位、教学目标、整体设计,以及单元设计的理念,以便实现"技术的知识"和"实践的知识"的全面获取。旨在寻求更有效的途径,为就业服务。Research on English Course Design in Polytechnic College guided by employment is expounded in this paper. To do this research well can improve teaching quality greatly and benefit graduates a lot during their employment. In order to obtain technical and practical knowledge, English Course orientation, teaching aim, whole design and unit design are expounded in the paper. The ultimate aim is to find a more effective way in English teaching to serve employment when the students graduate.
