摘　　要：高职学生职业素质养成教育不是一朝一夕的事情，也不是通过理论灌榆可以完全学到的，要通过多种途径的学习和引导。本文从学校管理、教学、学生考核评价等几个方面来探讨高职学生职业素质养成教育。It isn＇t an overnight thing that habituation-oriented education of vocational quality of college students, and can＇t be fully learned through the theory of instilling, and needs learning and guidance through a variety of ways. This article ex- plores the habituation-oriented education of vocational quality of college students through the aspects of school management, teaching, student assessment and evaluation.
