摘　　要：产学研实践教学是培养适应经济和社会发展的应用型人才的有效途径。针对产学研和食品科学与工程专业的特点,阐述了产学研实践教学作用,提出了产学研实践教学模式、产学研实践教学绩效评价,并举例加以说明。The practice teaching of industry-university-research was an effective way to train the applied talents suiting for adapting to economic and social development.Based on the characteristics of industry-university-research and food science and engineering specialty,the effect of the industry-university-research practice teaching was described,and its mode and performance evaluation were put forward.Finally,an example was illustrated the mode.
