摘  要:尝试从生态主义视角出发,探析幼儿教师学习的生命性、自主性、互动性、多样性和整体性的特点,提出要关注幼儿教师的生命主体性提升、强调幼儿教师的自主性发展、激发幼儿教师的互动性交流、建立多样性的课程内容结构和注重幼儿教师的整体性发展,以期突破传统教育理念的束缚,树立新的幼儿教师继续教育理念。From Ecological Perspective observation,preschool teachers' learning is alive,autonomous, interactive,diversified and integral. We are supposed to pay close attention to life subjectivity enhancement of preschool teachers, to emphasize its autonomy,to stimulate its interactive exchange,establish diversified curriculum content and structure and to focus on the holistic development of preschool teachers. We are supposed to do the things above in order to break the shackles of the traditional educational philosophy, establish a new one of the teachers' further education.
