摘  要:尽管人们对于"双师型"教师、"双师素质"教师和"双师结构教学团队"等相关概念有着不同的理解,但其各自的基本内涵却是重合的,"双师结构"教学团队的建设也成为高职师资队伍建设的重点途径,而"双师"结构教学团队所拥有的一些有趣而重要的复合性特点也值得仔细分析。掌握这些特点对于建设高水平的高职"双师"结构教学团队有着重要的帮助。Although there exist different understanding to the concepts of "double-qualified"teacher,"double-certificated"teacher and "double-qualified"teacher team,the basic connotation of these concepts are the same.The construction of "double-qualified" teacher team has become an important approach to the construction of higher vocational teacher's team.The interesting and important compound features processed by "double-qualified"teacher team are worth analyzing carefully.Grasping these features is of great help to the construction of high-level "double-qualified"teacher team of higher vocational colleges.
