摘 要:文章在分析了语言文字差异与L2阅读关系之后,以猜词策略为研究切入点,采用口头报告与纸笔测试相结合的方法,考察了欧美学生汉语阅读能力发展过程。通过与日韩学生比较,发现欧美学生语素猜词策略发展缓慢,认为欧美学生汉语阅读必须跨越汉字、汉语双重"门槛"。由此,提出了对欧美学生汉语阅读教学的4点意见:(1)加强汉字结构训练;(2)加强汉语构词特点学习;(3)循序渐进——阶段训练目标明确;(4)延长初级阶段学习时间——重视母语背景对阅读学习的影响。Based on the analysis of the relationship of L2 reading and the linguistic differences be- tween two languages plus oral reports and written exams, this paper aims to examine the developmen- tal process of Chinese-reading ability of European and American students in the perspective of word- guessing strategies. Compared with the Japanese and Korean learners, the European and American students are fairly slow in the development of morpheme-based guessing strategy because they have to overcome two major difficulties, that is, Chinese characters and Chinese language. The paper brings up the following four suggestions: (1) Chinese orthographic training should be enhanced; (2) much attentions should be given to the features of Chinese word formation; (3) step-by-step and clear train- ing-goals; (4) longer time for beginners and more solutions to the influence of the mother tongue.
