摘　　要：精品课程建设在专业建设中起着举足轻重的作用,通过建设精品课程能够提升教师的教学能力,增强学生学习兴趣,从而明显提升教学质量。文章以新疆维吾尔自治区级精品课程《VB.NET程序设计》为例,从课程的建设思路,课程定位、教学模式创新、师资队伍建设等方面采取的一系列改革措施出发,提出精品课程建设的具体内容,明确精品课程建设对职业院校课程建设的重要意义。Top-quality course construction play an important role in the specialty construction and it could promote teachers＇ teaching ability, arouse students＇ interest in learning and improve teaching quality. The paper takes the provincial-level top-quality course ＂VB.Net Programming＂ as a case study and analyzes the process of top- quality course construction from the design idea, course orientation, teaching mode innovation, and teaching staff team establishment.
