摘　　要：标准化病人(Standardized patient,SP)在我国临床教学中的应用尚处于起步阶段,而在消化内科教学方面的经验也非常有限。本文探讨SP在我国教学的应用现状、分析SP在消化内科教学中应用的必要性,并提出了SP在消化内科教学中应有培训团队,对标准化病人进行培训和考核,使标准化病人能够协助临床指导教师完成对医学生在实习中问诊、体格检查等基本功训练的设想。The application of standardized patient （SP） is at the starting point in clinical education of gastroenterology. This study described the current status and necessity of SP application in clinical education of gastroenterology, and concluded SP should have training team. Through training and assessment, SP could help clinical instructors in improving the basic abilities, such as inquiry and physical examination etc, among medical interns.
