摘　　要：本文从设计思想、实验模块、考核方法、实验教材建设方面对食品专业的微生物学实验课进行有益的探讨,目的是提高实验课教学效果,培养出实践能力较强的具有高等技术应用型专门人才。The article discusses the design idea,experimental module,assessment methods,and experiment textbook for the experimental teaching of microbiology. This study aims to enhance the effects of the experimental teaching,to cultivate advanced applying professionals with essential knowledge and skills.
