摘　　要：如何使瑜伽课程在高校体育课中保持旺盛的生命力并得到可持续的发展,是高校瑜伽课教师长期思考的问题。文章从教学内容的选编、教材重点难点的把握、教法的运用三个方面,对普通高校瑜伽课程教学的若干问题进行探讨。How to maintain vitality and sustainable development of college physical yoga classes is the problem of long-term thinking of college Yoga teachers.This article from the selected textbook key and difficult to grasp,the use of teaching methods three aspects of the teaching contents to explore a number of issues of colleges Yoga teaching.
