摘　　要：介绍了米糠的营养成分及营养价值 ,分析了米糠的不稳定性因素 ,指出脱脂是米糠综合利用的前提条件 。The nutritive components and values of rice bran were introduced. The unstable factors of rice bran were analyzed. It's pointed out that the defatting would be the essential precondition for comprehensive utilization of rice bran. And the present conditions and development trends for utilization of rice bran in China were expounded.
