摘　　要：“走园”实践教学模式是基于幼儿园教师专业养成需要，将学生在学校的理论学习和在幼儿园的实践有机结合起来的一种实践教学模式。“走园”实践教学模式的构建包括时间、内容、条件和环境四个维度。构建“走园”实践教学模式，需要建设实践教学基地，开发课程教学模块，建设教学指导团队，加强过程管理。构建“走园”实践教学模式，能够促进学前教育专业教师、学生和幼儿园教师的专业发展，实现幼儿园与学前教育专业的共赢。＂Garden＂practice teaching model is based on kindergarten teachers＇ professional development and it requires students to apply the theories they learn at school into the teaching practice in kindergartens. ＂Garden＂ model includes four dimensions： time, contents, conditions and environment. ＂Garden＂ model also requires construction of bases for practice teaching, development of series of teaching resources, building of instructor teams and the efficiency of process management. ＂Garden＂ model can promote professional development for preschool education teachers, students and kindergarten teachers.
