教师教育课程平台顶层设计的理念与构想——搭建与基础教育改革相沟通的桥梁

摘　　要：结合基础教育改革的现实需要,对教师教育课程平台进行顶层设计,是教师教育改革需要关注的重要问题。依据"育人为本、实践取向、终身学习"的设计理念和"顶层优先、系统建构、体用一致性"的设计原则,与基础教育改革相沟通的教师教育课程平台是一个"学习领域+模块+科目"立体交错,相互贯通、开放的课程体系。课程体系通过通识教育课程、学科专业教育课程、教师专业教育课程三大学习领域的顶层设计,培养能够适应并引领基础教育改革的专业化教师。Combined with the practical needs of the elementary education reform, the top-level design of teacher education courses platform is an important issue that teacher education reform needs to pay close attention to. On the basis of the design concepts of “human-centered education, the practice orientation, lifelong learning”, and the design principles of “top priority, system construction, consistency of substance and function”. The platform of teacher education courses should be a stereo crisscross, inter-permeation, open course system of “learning areas ＋ modules ＋ subjects”, which includes three study fields of the general education courses, subject education courses and teachers professional education courses. The platform aims to cultivate the professional teachers who can not only adapt to but also lead elementary education reform.
