浅析高职院校实践教学管理

摘　　要：实践教学是高职教育的重要组成部分,可以有效培养学生的实践操作能力、组织管理能力和创新能力。本文立足于实践教学的现状及其对人才培养的重要性,对目前实践教学中所存在的主要问题进行了分析,并提出了对策。要切实提高实践教学质量,从传统的偏重理论教学转变到注重实践操作能力培养,就需要积极推进工学结合,完善实训、实习基地建设,注重师资队伍建设,以规范化的管理,对实践教学进行全面监控,使得实践教学在实用型创新人才培养中发挥应有的作用。Practice teaching is an important part of higher vocational education,for it can effectively cultivate students＇ practice ability,rganization and management ability and innovation ability.Based on the present situation of practice teaching and its importance in personnel training,this paper analyzes the problems in the current practice teaching,and puts forward the countermeasure.In order to improve the quality of teaching practice,and transform the focus from traditional theoretical teaching to practical operation ability,we should actively promote the working-learning combination,perfect training and practice base construction,pay attention to the building of teaching staff,so as to standardize the management of practice teaching,and comprehensively monitor practice teaching.
