摘  要:控制失学因其对初等教育的重要性而被UNESCO的EFA全球监测报告持续关注。全民教育监测报告是研究失学问题的重要文献,梳理和研究这些文献,可以明确失学的含义,分析影响失学的因素,总结国际上应对失学问题的经验。这对于了解国际社会研究失学问题相关状况和借鉴国际社会控制失学的经验具有重要意义。Responding to out-of-school challenges has been paid sustained attention by the EFA global monitoring report because of the importance to primary education.The EFA global monitoring report is an important document to use for the research on out-of-school,by which we can clarify the meaning of out-of-school,analyze the impact factors to out-of-school,and sorting out the international experience of responding to the out-of-school problems.The above mentioned is of great significance for understanding related conditions of the research on out-of-school problems in international community and for learning from the experience of the international community to meeting out-of-school challenges.
