摘  要:采用问卷调查和访谈法,对职技高师院校大学生的从教意愿及其影响因素进行研究,得出以下结论:职校教师职业的社会地位亟待提高;让学生真正了解职业学校、提高学生技能水平有利于提高他们的从教愿望;职技高师院校的教师教育模块课程设置及其教学质量、职业指导仍需加强与完善。By using the way of questionnaire and interview, the teaching willingness and its influencing factors in students of higher vocation-technical teachers' colleges are elaborated in this paper. The following conclusions are made: the social status of teaching vocation in vocational schools must be improved; really enabling students to know vocational schools and to improve their skills will contribute to the enhancement of their teaching willingness; curriculum, related teaching quality and vocational guidance in higher vocation-technical teachers' colleges still have room for strengthening and improving.
