摘 要:目的:探讨LBL结合PBL在医学免疫学教学中的应用效果。方法:以本院2010级五年制医学本科生为研究对象,随机分为2组:实验组采用LBL结合PBL教学法,对照组采用LBL教学法,并以考试成绩和问卷调查相结合的形式进行教学效果评价。结果:实验组在考试成绩及提高自学能力、表达能力、团结协作能力、分析问题与解决问题能力等方面均优于对照组。结论:在系统学习基础知识的前提下,LBL结合PBL教学法适合于医学免疫学教学,其效果优于单纯LBL教学法。Objectives: To investigate the application results of LBL combined with PBL in the teaching of medical immunology. Methods: 2010 five-year program medical undergraduates served the objects of study. They were randimdy divided into two groups: the experimental group with the teaching method of combining LBL with PBL, and the control group with the teaching method of LBL. The assessment of teaching effective- hess is measured by both test scores and questionnaires. Results: The experimental group is superior to the controt group in 'all aspects includ- ing test scores and the ability to improve themselves, to express and communicate, to collaborate, to analyze and solve the problem. Conclu- sions: On the basis of a systematic and thorough learning of basic knowledge, the teaching method of combining LBL with PBL is suitable for the theoretical teaching of medical immunology, which is better than the teaching method of simole LBL.
