摘　　要：教学反思是教师教育和发展的重要手段,是实现教师专业化的重要途径。调查显示:高职英语教师开展教学反思的的根本动因是促进专业成长和丰富教学生活。这类反思多针对教学内容进行,且在课后完成,以自我反思、阅读文献为主要策略,受时间因素制约较大,开展情况差强人意。要改变这一状况,需从学校和教师两方面着手,以实现教师的专业化发展。At present,the reflective teaching strategy is the focus of world wide scholars.It is an essential path to develop teacher education and achieve professional development.Under the theoretical guidance,by conducting investigations and research,researchers are studying the reflective teaching application status in higher vocational colleges.Important actions on fostering reflective teaching have been taken by taking teachers individual factors into consideration after comparing teachers differences on sex,age,diploma and degree.
