摘　　要：本文从课前的心态调整、备课方法、形象准备,课中的自我介绍、新课安排,课后的总结反思这几个方面介绍了第一堂课的上课方式和教学体会,希望能对刚刚踏上教师岗位的实习教师们有些许的启发和帮助。In the first class,we should pay attention to many points.Such as adjusting moods,preparing teaching methods and appearance before classes;Self introduction,new courses arrangement in the class,summarizing and reflecting after class.The author makes profound investigation of it and hopes to give some inspiration and help to practice teachers who will set feet on teaching.
