摘 要:分析了不锈钢高压开关柜螺柱焊的生产现状,提出采用工业机器人完成柜体的双工位自动焊接任务,解决了多焊枪的自动切换问题,并可实现多种规格螺柱的自动焊接与送钉。针对柜体变形等影响焊接质量的因素,提出焊接前对工件各表面进行自动寻位检测,焊接过程中对螺柱位置进行修正,保证了螺柱的高精度焊接。而对变形较大的面,为防止出现断弧或虚焊缺陷,添加了自动补偿功能。针对送钉机因吹钉惯性送出螺柱长短不一的难点,采用二次下压,保证了待焊螺柱的提升高度,并就不锈钢柜体的螺柱焊工艺进行分析优化,提高了焊接效率与质量。According to the situation analysis of stud welding in stainless high voltage switch cabinet production,this essay put forward a proposal in which an industrial robot and two positioners were utilized. And the exchanging problem between probe pin and the welding guns was solved. Several kinds of studs could be welded and stud auto feeding came true. In order to avoid some factors from affecting the quality,such as the workpiece deformation,automatic touch sensing was implemented before real welding and the stud position could be modified during the welding stage. Thus,to make high accurate stud welding was realized. As for large deformation of some surfaces, automatic compensation function was added to prevent the arc breaking or faulty welding. For the sake of coping with the random length of stud shot from stud feeder,the re-pressing strategy was adopted. Based on this,the lifting height was guaranteed. In addition,the stud welding process was analyzed and optimized. Through this way,both the welding efficiency and quality were improved obviously.
