行动学习法在药物化学教学中的应用

摘  要:药物化学是药学专业和制药工程专业的必修课。在传统教学方式中,学生往往只注重知识的记忆,缺乏独立思考和主观能动性,探寻适合药物化学教学的策略是当务之急,而行动学习法是一种学习知识、分享经验、提出问题、解决问题四位一体的新型的教学模式,已经为各国的教育机构接受和应用。将行动学习法引入药物化学教学改革中,能够提高学生的学习兴趣,激发学生的主动性,培养学生独立解决问题的能力;但是,行动学习法也存在一定的不足,在今后的教学实践中需要不断探索和完善。Medicinal Chemistry was a foundational and major course of students majored in pharmacy and pharmaceutical engineering.Students only paid attention to the knowledge memorization,lacking independent thinking and subjective activeness in traditional teaching method.Thereby,it was an urgent affair to explore the strategy to adapt to the teaching of medicinal chemistry.Action learning method as a new teaching type was accepted with the educational institution in every country,and "four in one" model which included four layers of learning knowledge,participating experience,putting question and problem solving.Action learning method was introduced to the teaching reform of Medicinal Chemistry.The teaching reform based on action learning method could improve learning interest,stimulate the initiative and develop the independent problem-solving ability of students.However,action learning method had some limitations on practice,which needed to constantly explore and improve at the teaching practice in the future.
