摘　　要：针对如何培养学生的工程实践能力、综合素质与创新精神,以"机械维修与检测技术教育"本科专业为例,构建机电一体化创新人才培养模式,对其课程体系与教学内容进行整合,将具备共同教学规律的若干课程作为一个系统加以规划整合而形成课程群。在此基础上,进行机电一体化创新人才培养的实践研究,以期提高高等教育人才培养的质量,培养出机电领域急需的机电一体化技术高级专门人才。A training model of mechatronics innovative talented person is set up, aiming at cultivate students＇ ability of engineering practice, overall quality and spirit of innovation. Taking an undergraduate specialty of mechanical maintenance and testing technology as an example, the paper integrates curriculum system and teaching content, and form a courses group which have a number of similar courses. Based on this, practices and researches on talented person training are carried out in order to improve the quality of higher education talented person training, and provide a path for training senior mechatronics expertises who are urgently needed in the field of mechatronics technology.
