摘　　要：高师素质教育之超越是对其教育理想、价值目标的追求。高师教育之超越具有重要的意义 ,面临新的形势和挑战 ,高师教育必须超越自我和时空 ,面向农村 ,面向未来。针对高师教育的现状和未来社会的期待 ,高师素质教育实现超越必须采取相应的途径及举措 ,深化高师人才培养模式、教学内容、课程体系等方面的改革。The surmounting of quality education in normal colleges,which is of great significance,is the pursuit of educational ideal and value.In front of the new conditions and challenges,the education in normal colleges must surmount itself and the current situation,facing the countryside and future.Directedly against the current education in mormal colleges and future social anticipation,the quality education in normal colleges have to take up measures to achieves it's “surmounting”and furthers the reform in talents training pattern,teaching contents and curriculum system.
