高职教师师德现状分析及建议

摘　　要：当前高职教师从总体上讲,师资队伍学历层次较高,知识视野开阔,思维活跃,绝大多数教师爱岗敬业,乐于教书育人,具有良好的职业道德素质和积极向上的追求。但基于一些原因仍存在一些问题,如道德认识片面、道德价值取向趋向功利和实用;缺乏学术诚信,学术腐败现象严重;敬业精神不足,育人意识淡薄等。为此应采取相应对策:要求教师为人师表,严于律己;建立健全师德教育机制,开展教师培训;提高教师科研能力等。这些相应对策的实施,将转变高职教师师德现状。Generally speaking,the teaching staff＇s education background is higher,their knowledge and vision is wider,and their thought is more active for higher vocational teachers.Most teachers love their work and are devoted to education with the good vocational moral quality and positive pursuit.However,because of certain reasons,there exist some problems,such as one-sided moral understanding,moral value oriented with utility and practice,lack of academic honest,serious academic corruption,deficient professional dedication,and weak educating awareness.Therefore,it should adopt corresponding countermeasures,including the requirement for teachers to be models for others and stick with themselves,the establishment of teachers＇ ethics educating mechanism,the development of teachers＇ training,and the improvement of teachers＇ science and research ability.The fulfillment of these corresponding countermeasures can change the present condition of higher vocational teachers＇ ethics.
