摘　　要：为满足印刷图文信息处理专业CTP岗位复合型人才培养的需要,结合企业CTP部门的岗位技能要求,以基于工作过程的课程开发为理念,在教学实践中构建了教学与评价一体化的教学模式.课堂组织中以企业CTP部门工作特征为原形,采用"分组式"教学形式和采用教师、同学和自我三方评价考核方式,达到学生自主学习、自我评价的效果.By adopting the approach of working process-based curriculum development, we conducted the teaching mode of the integration of teaching and assessment, in order to cultivate multi-skilled talents of graphic arts program. After an analysis of features in CTP department, we embraced the ＂groups＇ instruction＂ approach in classroom, and assess their academic performance by evaluation from teachers, peers and student themselves, to promote self-directed learning and self-assessment.
