摘  要:车轮踏面镟修策略主要包括车轮镟修周期的制定和镟修用车轮踏面外形的制定。通过对高速动车组振动性能和车轮磨耗状态的长期跟踪测试,确定高速动车组车轮镟修策略的制定原则和评价方法。在此基础上,结合京津城际铁路CRH3C型动车组典型振动性能、车轮外形和磨耗状态的实测数据,研究高速动车组的车轮镟修周期;对比分析国外镟修用车轮踏面外形制定方法,设计出18种高速动车组镟修用车轮踏面外形,并对现场最为需要的28,29和30mm这3种薄轮缘外形的车轮进行轮轨接触几何关系和动力学性能仿真计算。结果表明:高速动车组镟修策略应从高速动车组的运用状态、主要运营线路和车辆设计参数3个方面综合考虑;京津城际铁路CRH3C型动车组车轮镟修周期可定为30万km;轮轨接触几何和动力学仿真验证了为CRH3C型动车组新设计的镟修用薄轮缘车轮的临界速度均在400km.h-1以上,其运行稳定性与原型车轮相差不大。The reprofiling strategies for wheel tread mainly are working out reprofiling cycle and the wheel tread profile for reprofiling. By the long-term tracking measurement of wheel wear state and vibration per- formance of high-speed EMU, the design principles and evaluation methods for reprofiling strategy were determined. On this basis, the reprofiling cycle for the wheel tread of high-speed EMU was studied, com- bined with the measured data of CRHaC EMU on Jing-Jin intercity railway in respect of typical vibration performance, wheel profile and wear state. 18 kinds of wheel tread profiles for reprofiling were defined for high-speed EMU compared with the reprofiling strategies and methods for wheel tread profile abroad. A- mong which, the most needed 28, 29 and 30 mm thin flange wheel tread profiles were verified by wheel/ rail contact geometry relation simulation and dynamics performance computation. The results show that the reprofiling strategy for high-speed EMU should comprehensively take three aspects into account: EMU running performance, main operation lines and vehicle design parameters. The wheel reprofiling cycle of CRH3C EMU on Jing-Jin intercity railway should be 300 000 kin. The wheel/rail contact geometry relation simulation and dynamics performance computation of the new designed thin flange profiles for CRHaC EMU wheel reprofiling show that the critical speed is above 400 km· h-1 , and its running stability is simi- lar to that of the original wheel profile.
