摘 要:目的评价PBL教学法在研究生入学教育中的应用效果。方法随机抽取2009级硕士生210名,随机分为二组:一组为实验组,采用PBL教学法对新生进行入学教育;另一组为对照组,实施LBL法。二组学生进行入学教育后通过一年的理论专业学习、临床实践,再对二组学生进行专业理论、实践考试的客观评价、问卷调查的主观对比。结果实验组研究生专业理论、实践技能考试成绩显著高于对照组,其中98.10%的实验组认为运用PBL进行入学教育可以培养自学的能力,88.57%认为可以提高主动提出问题、分析问题的能力。结论 PBL教学模式在新生入学教育应用是可行的;采用PBL法对研究生进行入学教育,实验组较对照组学生学习主动性、理论成绩、临床综合能力显著提高。Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of problem based learning(PBL)teaching method in en- trance education of Master of medicine. Methods Select 210 Master of medicine from 2009 randomly, which were divided into two groups randomly, one experimental group, use of PBL for entrance education; Another group as a control group with implementation of LBL method. After two groups of students have spent a year studying professional theory and clinical practice after entrance education,we evaluate the pro- fessional theory and clinical practice examination objectively, and compare the questionnaire subjectively. Results The test scores of experimental group in professional theory, practical skills were significantly higher than control group. 98.10~ of the experimental group think that use of PBL in enrollment educa- tion can cultivate self-learning ability, 88. 570//00 think that it can increase the ability of questioning prob- lems and analyzing problems. Conclusion PBL in entrance education of Master of medicine is feasible; The students which by used PBL in entrance education of Master of medicine,have high motivation to learn, improve clinical comprehensive capacity, get good grades more than control group significantly.
