摘　　要：从职前培养、职初任用、职后培训三方面对福建省农村小学教师教育一体化现状分析,发现存在农村小学教师教育机构条块分割严重并且实力差异悬殊,师资队伍之间缺少互动交流和互聘机制,职前培养阶段缺乏教育实践的锻炼和职后培训阶段缺乏教育理论的运用等问题。因此,要加强农村小学教师教育的机构整合、师资人员互动和培养过程衔接。From pre -service education, induction and training of the Fujian rural primary school teachers in the educational integration of the status analysis, we found that the presence of the primary school teachers in educational institutions in rural areas serious fragmentation and disparity in strength, and the lack of interaction between the faculty and the interaction recruits mechanism, pre - training stage of lack of education practice exercise and post - training phase of the lack of the use of educational theory. Therefore, we shall strengthen the integrated rural primary teacher education institutions, teacher interaction and foster the process of convergence.
