摘　　要：目前中国农村基础教育正逐步走上规模化、效率化的道路,教学点的存在与发展受到了经济理性主义的质疑,在教育决策中经常成为被撤并的首选对象。事实上,农村教学点的作用不容忽视:教学点将逐渐发展成为新兴的"卫星学校",促进教育机会均等;复式教学将发挥出更大的作用,促进教育质量的均衡发展;秉承"全纳教育"的理念,切实履行教育为所有人服务的本质。Despite of the prevalence of economies of educational scale, small rural schools still benefit to the rural education ,whose roles and perspective are worth concerning and assessing. In detail, small rural schools will become Satellite schools＇distributed in remote areas,making more accessibility to education;multi-grade teaching will contribute more to the balanced development of rural education ;by implementation of ＂Inclusion education＂ idea,small rural schools will promote＂education for all＂. Based on the rational position of small rural school, some related constructive strategies should be applied for their future development.
