摘　　要：针对啤酒发酵过程中影响其质量的重要指标之一的温度问题 ,研究了模糊控制在啤酒发酵过程中的应用。较详细地叙述了模糊控制器的基本结构及实现方法 ,并在计算机上进行了仿真 ,实践结果证明了它的实用性。In beer fermentation, temperature is an important parameter that can affect the quality of leaven. The basic structure of fuzzy controller in the fermentation process and its implementation method are presented. The simulation of the controller shows that this control scheme is practical and applicable.
