摘  要:以黏红酵母作为发酵菌株,研究了2L发酵罐中不同培养条件对酵母发酵糖蜜合成番茄红素和酵母生长规律的影响。实验结果表明,2L发酵罐最佳的发酵条件为:初始甘蔗糖蜜浓度替换葡萄糖总量的75%,温度28℃,初始pH值为5.0,溶氧15%~25%,在红酵母发酵至12h时恒速流加甘蔗糖蜜,流速为21.6mL/h,共流加12h。48h时,同时加入2.5mL/L的烟碱和1.6mL/L的双氧水,在此条件下黏红酵母的生物量最高,达到43.37g/L,番茄红素的合成也有较大提高,达到87.71mg/L。We studied the effects of the different incubation conditions on the biosynthesis of lycopene fermentation with molasses by Rhodotorula in 2 L bioreactor. The experiments results indicated that the optimum fermentation conditions in a 2 L bioreactor were as follows: initial content of molasses replace 75% of glucose, fermentation temperature at 28 ℃, initial pH 5.0, DO 15%~25%, at 12 h following Rhodotorula inoculation, constanting fed-batch molasses with 21.6 mL/h, 12 h. At 48 h, adding 2.50 mL/ L nicotine and 1.60 mL/L aquae hydrogenii dioxide together. Under the optimum condition, the biomass reached to 43.37 g/L and the production of lycopene reached to 87.71 mg/L.
