摘　　要：基于胜任力的管理理论和方法作为人力资源管理中的有效管理手段已经在包括高等教育在内的诸多领域得到了良好的应用。本文将基于胜任力的管理理论引入口腔医学生的本科培养模式之中,并结合口腔医学专业特点和学生培养的规律,进行了理论分析和探究,提出了以胜任力为导向的口腔医学本科生精英培养新模式,也总结了相应的人才培养实践。The competency oriented management theory and method, which was proved to be an effective manage- ment measure, have been put into practice in many areas including high education. This essay will probe into the possibility of introducing the competency oriented management theory into the education of undergraduate stomatology students, analyze and research its feasibility from a theoretical point of view by combing the features of stomatology students and the patterns of educating stomatology students. This essay proposes a new pattern of training elite students of stomatology major with competency as the orientation and summarizes the practical experiences in training such elite students.
