摘  要:印度中等职业技术教育教师主要由普通高中职业轨的专业课教师及各种职业培训机构的专业课教师和实训教师组成。两类教师在职前教育和在职教育方面存在着差异。高中职业轨教师的培养与普通教育教师几乎没有区别,职业培训机构的教师教育比较强调实用性。就印度中等职业技术教师教育而言,目前依然存在着高中职业课教师职前教育轻职业性,在职教育轻实效性;职业培训机构教师职前教育轻学术性,在职教育不具有普遍性等问题。Secondary vocational teachers in India include vocational teachers in senior secondary schools and instructors in vocational training institutions. Their initial training and in-service training are different. The pre-service training of vocational teachers in senior secondary schools share commonalities with their academic counterparts. Both pre-service and in-service training for instructors in vocational training institutions emphasize practicability. The initial training of senior secondary vocational teachers lacks vocational components, and their in-service training is short of effectiveness. As for instructors in vocational training institutions, academic compo-nents are neglected in their initial training, and not every instructor can get chance of in-service training.
