职业技术课程与学科课程融合——美国高中生涯技术教育探析

摘　　要：美国高中生涯技术教育将职业技术课程与学科课程内在地融于一体,将职场业务作为学科知识学习的真实任务情境,将学科知识作为解决职场问题的工具来强化教学。生涯技术课程是典型的情境课程、融合课程、人本课程。生涯技术教育的实施有助于降低辍学率、显著提高学习成绩、实现升学与就业双赢并有效促进教师专业发展。In the U.S., high school vocational and academic curricular are integrated in Career and Techni-cal Education, in which academic knowledge is enhanced in the context of workplace. Career and Technical Edu-cation is typically contextualized, integrated, and humanistic curricular, which greatly contribute to students en-gagement in learning, facilitating their academic achievement, making successful transition from high school to college and workplace, and promoting teacher nrofessional develonment.
