摘 要:目的了解医学院校临床实践带教教师对临床技能规范化培训学习的评价和意见等,为今后做好此类培训工作提供参考。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷对参加培训的66名带教教师进行匿名调查。结果44人和6人认为应当每隔1年或2年对临床教师进行一次培训,其占比分别为66.7%和9.1%;62人和50人选择教学实施技巧和教学查房规范为培训重点,其占比分别为93.9%和75.8%;52人认为座谈研讨是最合适的培训方法,占比78.8%;31人认为参加培训对自身临床带教工作帮助很大,占比47.0%;28人认为帮助较大,占比42.4%。结论培训模式应当多样化,需要采取多种措施加强对临床实践带教教师的规范化培训。Objective To understand the views and evaluation of clinical practice teachers participating in standardized training of clinical skills, in order to provide reference for the training work. Methods Using self-designed questionnaire for anonymous surveys, 66 teachers were surveyed. Results Receiving a total of 66 copies of effective questionnaires, response rate was 100.0%. 44 ( 66. 7% ) and 6 (9. 1%) subjects think it should conduct training every one or two years; 62 (93.9%) and 50 (75.8%) subjects choose teaching skills and standardization of teaching clinical rounds as the key point; 52 (78.8%) respondents think discussion as the most appropriate training methods; 31 (47.0%) respondents think the training of great help, 28 (42.4%) think helpful. Conclusions Training model should be improved. Various measures should be taken to strengthen the clinical teachers' standardized training.
