摘 要:目的探讨PBL教学模式在护理临床带教中的应用效果。方法将2007级125名进入临床实习的护理本科生按学号随机分为2组,实验组62名,对照组63名。实验组按PBL教学模式进行临床带教,对照组则按传统教学模式进行带教,2组实习带教时间均为10个月,实习结束后进行临床操作及理论测试。结果临床实习结束时进行考核,PBL教学模式组之临床操作及理论考试成绩均优于传统教学组(P<0.01,P<0.01)。结论 PBL教学模式在护理临床带教中,重视培养学生独立思考和解决问题的能力,可提高医院临床护理实习带教质量。Objective To observe the effect of PBL teaching mode in nursing clinical teaching.Methods 125 nursing undergraduate students into clinical practice were randomized into research group with PBL teaching model (n=62) and control group with traditional teaching model (n=63).The observation lasted 10 months for both groups and there were clinical operation and theory test after clinical practice.Results PBL teaching model group of clinical operations and theoretical examination scores were better than control group after the end of observation, and the differences were significant(P0.01, P0.01).Conclusion In nursing clinical teaching, PBL teaching model focuses on cultivating students’ independent thinking and problem-solving skills which improves clinical nursing teaching quality.
