摘 要:采用DEAE-52及葡聚糖凝胶G-100柱层析获得了具有抗氧化活性的苦瓜多糖(MCP)组分,通过构建小鼠四氯化碳肝损伤模型探讨了苦瓜多糖对肝损伤的防护作用。研究结果表明,纯化后的苦瓜多糖对超氧阴离子自由基清除率达82%,并能使肝损伤小鼠血清中的ALT和AST活性下降幅度分别达到10.6%及30.7%,肝匀浆中SOD、GSH-PX活性上升幅度分别为33.33%和26.62%,MDA含量则下降了25.62%。提示苦瓜多糖对肝损伤具有一定防护作用,保肝活性与海王金樽相近。The purification properties of soluble Momordia polysaccharide(MCPⅠ) were studied by DEAEcellulose DE-52 and Sephodex G-75 glucan gel column chromatography.Through building model of CCl 4 liver injury,the MCPⅠ's heatorotective effect was researched.The clearance rate of superoxide radical was comparable 82% with 20 mg/mL Momordica polysacharide.It showed that the serum ALT,AST of mice whose liver were damaged by CCl 4 were reduced to 10.6% and 30.7% respectively.Also,MCPⅠ significantly enhanced the activities of SOD,GSH-PX in liver homogenate(33.33% and 26.62%).While,MDA content declined by 25.62%.It indicated that MCPⅠ possessed the same hepatoprotective activity as Neptune tablets.
