摘　　要：高质量的教育需要高素质的教师。道德教育是培养高素质教师的重要内容之一。美国教育家古德莱德未来教师道德教育的理念是:把道德教育嵌入教师教育课程。他的教师教育课程思想的主要内容为:教师教育课程更新的道德要求、更新教师教育教学计划、改革本科生教师教育课程和设计学士后(或五年)教师教育培养课程。High quality education needs high quality teachers. Moral education is one of the important content of training the high quality teacher. John Goodlad＇s idea of the moral education of preservice teachers is embedding moral education in teacher education curriculum. The main contents of John Goodlad＇s teacher education curriculum thoughts are the moral demands of teacher education curriculum renewal, renewing the teaching plan of teacher education, reforming the undergraduates＇ teacher education curriculum and designing the five-year teacher education curriculum.
