摘　　要：现代社会的发展不仅要求人才具备应岗适岗能力,还应具备转岗提升能力。文章提出了能力递进式实践教学体系,通过系统化的实践教学,逐步实现阶段目标,最终培养高职生具备岗位化职业能力和终身化发展能力。With the development of modem society, talents should have ability to adapt himself to tlae posmon and improve himself as well. In this paper, the practice teaching system of progressively increase ability is explored. Vocational students can obtain the ability work position and lifelong development require through the systematic practice teaching.
