摘　　要：目的:检验PBL应用于《医学心理学》的心理健康教育效应。方法:采用不相等实验组对照组前测后测设计,以SCL-90测试250名专科医学生的心理健康。结果:实验组的心理健康普遍优于对照组,总均分、躯体化、强迫、人际敏感、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖和妄想维度的得分差异显著。结论:PBL应用于《医学心理学》对专科医学生具有显著的心理健康教育功能。Objective To test the effects of mental health education of medical psychology using PBL. Methods A pretest-post- test design was used for both experimental group and control group, and the SCL-90 was used to test 250 medical junior college students＇ mental health. Results The mental health cores of experimental group were better than control group, and the differences in the SCL＇90＇s total mean, somatization, obsessive,inter-personal sensitive, depression, anxiety,phobia and delusion were signifi- cant. Conclusion The medical psychology using PBL has the significant function of mental health education for medical junior col- lege students.
