摘　　要：模糊性是语言的本质特征,英汉语言中存在大量的数字类习语。基于分析英汉习语中数字特有的模糊性及其体现的美感,研究如何在翻译过程中正确理解和处理这些具有模糊性的表达,并找出翻译数字类习语的可行方法。Fuzziness is the essential feature of language Chinese and English are full of numerous idioms concerning numerals. In this paper, the fuzziness of numerals, the fuzziness of the idioms and how the idioms produce fuzzy beauty are analyzed. Based on this, how to understand appropriately and deal with the expressions of fuzziness and some feasible strategies to translate idioms are discussed.
