摘　　要：通过对番茄红素油树脂样品进行微生物检验,初步研究了吐温80在检测过程中的作用及对检测结果的影响情况。研究表明,在番茄红素油树脂样品前处理的稀释液中添加一定比例的吐温80,可以使样品均匀分散在稀释液中,且在确定的吐温80添加比例下进行的菌落总数、大肠菌群、霉菌和酵母检测结果不受影响。The effct of Tween 80 in the detection was preliminarily studied through microbial detection on Lycopene oleoresin. The results showed that, the sample could be dispersed with the diluent by adding a certain percentage of Tween 80 in Lycopene oleoresin sample pre-treatment of dilution, and the certain proportion of Tween 80 adding had no effect on the detections of total bacterial count, coliform bacteria, mold and yeast test.
