高管层背景特征、企业所有权性质与研发强度关系研究

摘　　要：基于高阶理论,选用沪深A股2009年～2010年制造业上市公司为样本,研究高管层背景特征与R&D强度之间的关系。结果表明,高管层的规模、性别多样化、平均受教育水平及职业背景的异质性与R&D强度正相关,平均年龄与R&D强度负相关,平均任期与R&D强度之间关系不显著。区分不同所有权性质后发现,国有控股企业高管层的背景特征对R&D强度的影响程度总体上要小于非国有控股企业,企业所有权在高管层背景特征与R&D强度之间起到了调节作用。Based on the upper echelons theory, the paper studies the relationship between top management team （TMT） characteristics and R＆D intensity using data 2009 - 2010 from Chinese A - share manufacturer industry. The results show that the TMT size, gender diversification, average education level and occupational background heterogeneity have positive impacts on R＆D intensity, while the average age has negative impacts on R＆D intensity, the average term impact is not notable. The paper also finds out that the state - controlled ＆ non - state - controlled listed companies have moder- ating role between the TMT characteristics and R＆D intensity after differentiating enterprise ownership.
