摘 要:目的为优化护生人格、有效开展生命教育、培养护理伦理道德提供依据。方法应用《中国大学生人格量表》(CCSPS)和生命态度剖面图量表对300余名高职3+2护生进行问卷调查,用SPSS 13.0软件对调查结果进行统计分析。结果护生在爽直、重情、随和3个维度的分值高于常模,在坚韧、利他2个维度的分值低于常模,在活跃和严谨2个维度分值与常模无明显差异;护生对生命的认知处于中等水平;Pearson相关分析显示:活跃、坚韧、重情、随和4个维度与生命态度呈正相关;逐步回归分析表明仅有坚韧和活跃维度进入回归方程,二者对生命态度的解释量为49.9%。结论护生人格中的坚韧和活跃维度是影响生命态度的主要因素,作为护理教育者要注意培养护生的积极人格,树立护理伦理道德。Objective:To provide the basis for optimizing their personality, effectively carrying out life educa- tion and nursing ethical education. Methods:About 300 nursing students were asked to filled out the questionnaire of Chinese College Student Personality Scale and Life Attitude Profile Scale. The results were analyzed by 13.0 SPSS. Results :The mean of directness, sensation and amiability were higer than the T - norm ; the mean of tena- ciousness and altruian were lower than ; the cognition of life was at middle level ; there were different levels of corre- lation between life attitude and the four dimensions including activeness, tenaciousness, sensation and amiability. Finally the dimensions of tenaciousness and activeness entered into the regression equation of life attitude. Conclu- sions :The dimensions of tenaciousness and activeness are the major factors influencing higher vocational nursing students life attitude, their life education should focus up of the nursing ethics. on the development of positive character quality, the setting
