行动者网络理论视角下的高职校企合作研究

摘　　要：作为一种新的认识论视角和对复杂对象的理论分析方法,行动者网络理论有助于厘清校企合作过程中行动者主体的利益诉求及相互关系。本文从问题化、利益赋予、招募、动员和强制通行点等几个层面对每类行动者在校企合作网络中的定位及行动策略进行了分析,并得出以下启示:在行动者主体互动过程中找到利益平衡点和强制通过点;修改、完善、整合相关法律法规;对企业进行恰当的利益赋予;重视职教集团的作用等。As a new epistemology and analysis method to complex object, ANT （actor-network theory） will clarify actors＇ interests and relationships in the process of the cooperation between school and enterprise. This paper analyses the deployment of the net-work of cooperation between school and enterprise from the perspective of problem formulation, interest conferment, enrolment, and mobilization. Suggestions are provided as follows： to find the interest balance point and obligatory passage point in the interaction of all actors; to modify and refine relevant laws; to fulfill appropriate interest of enterprises; and to value the role of vocational education groups.
