摘 要:通过给试验小鼠灌胃苹果多酚,研究苹果多酚对小鼠体重的控制功效。本实验采用预防小鼠肥胖模型法,以昆明种雄性小鼠为试验动物,连续给予小鼠灌胃不同剂量的苹果多酚35天后,观测小鼠体重、体长、腹围、李氏指数、血糖变化等指标。结果表明中、高剂量的苹果多酚能有效控制小鼠体重、李氏指数、脂体比及血糖含量(p<0.05),与模型对照组相比体重分别下降了17.11%、16.11%,脂体比分别下降了16.52%、23.48%,血糖含量分别下降了12.5%、14.03%。Effects of apple polyphenols on weight control of the rats were evaluated in the study. The experimental animals were male rats of Kurtming strain. The tested rats were continually intragastricaUy adimistrated with apple polyphenols for 35 days. Their body weight, body length, body abdominal circumference, Lee's index and blood glucose were measured when all rats were killed at 36th day. The results showed that the treatment of apple polyphenols could significantly control body weight, Lee's index, the ratio of fat mass to body weight and blood glucose(p〈0.05). Compared with model group, the body weight of the moderate dose group and the high dose group decreased respectively by 37.50% and 11.84%. The ratio of fat mass to body weigh reduced respectively by 16.52%, 23.48% and the blood glucose decreased by 12.5% and 14.03%, respectively.
