培养学生科研素质的实验教学改革与实践

摘　　要：通过实验教学环节培养和提高学生的科研素质是目前广泛关注的热点,文中介绍华中科技大学生命科学与技术学院在该方面的改革与实践。在改革与实践中,结合教师科研、业余科研小组和创新基地等进行了实验教学内容的科研课题化探索,通过系统化地课程内容设计在实验内容中加入科研的综合性要求,在实验多个环节过程中培养学生的交流、沟通能力和团队精神。多年的实践结果表明,学生的学习积极性和主动性明显增加,学生的综合素质和科研创新能力不断提高,取得非常好的效果。Developing the students＇ research quality through experiment teaching has become a hot spot recently. The reform and practice in this respect of our college is discussed in this paper. During our reform and practice, we carry out the exploration to make the experiment contents be research projects with the help of the research projects of teachers, amateur research teams and our college＇s innovation bases. The comprehensive requirements are introduced into our experiment contents through our systematic teaching contents design. The students＇ abilities to discuss, communicate and the teamwork spirit are developed during the whole experiment progress. The practice results over years show that student＇s ability of positivity and initiative study has been developed greatly, and their comprehensive quality and innovative ability in research has been improved continuously.
