摘  要:民族地区职业教育的发展需从属于民族地区发展方式的转变。而一些民族地区职业教育由于价值定位失当出现了毕业生大量外流、技能型人才缺失、招生困难、专业设置本土适应性不强等问题。因此,因地制宜,从民族地区独特的传统文化出发发展特色职业教育十分必要。民族地区特色职业教育能为民族地区培养留得住的人才,有利于经济发展方式的转变和贫困的缓解,有助于解决民族地区可持续发展和传统文化的保护、传承等问题。发展特色职业教育可有效地解决人与自然、人与文化共生的关系,促进民族共生教育体系的建立。The development of vocational education in ethnic regions should go hand in hand with the changes of regional development. Due to the improper value orientation of vocational education in ethnic regions, there exist problems such as a large number of brain-drain among graduated students, a shortage of technical talents, difficulties in enrollment, and a weak adaptability of specialty setup to local conditions. Therefore, it is necessary to develop vocational education with characteristics based on ethnic unique traditional culture and local conditions. The characterized vocational education can cultivate talents willing to stay in ethnic regions, help ethnic regions transform economic development, alleviate poverty, promote sustainable development, protection and inheritance of traditional culture. It can also effectively balance the symbiotic relation between man and nature as well as that between man and culture so as to promote the building of a symbiotic ethnic education system.
