元认知教学在开放教育听力教学中的应用

摘　　要：过程导向教学法以学生为中心,注重学生自主学习能力的提高。元认知教学作为过程导向教学法的重要体现,培养了学生自我管理、自我监控和自我调节的能力,增强了学生的自主学习能力。元认知教学要求改革传统的教学模式,改变传统的教学理念,在教学中以学生为中心,帮助学生有效应用学习策略,培养学生的自主学习意识,提高学生的学习兴趣。The self-learning ability. process-oriented pedagogy is student-centered, focusing on the improvement of the students＇ As the important manifestation of the process-oriented pedagogy, the metacognitive teaching cuhi- vates the students＇ ability of self-management, self-monitoring and self-regulation, and enhances the students＇ self- learning ability. The metacognitive teaching requires the traditional teaching model be reformed, the traditional teaching philosophy changed and the students the center in teaching to help students effectively apply the learning strategies, foster students＇ sense of self-learning and increase students＇ interest in learning.
