摘 要:酒店管理本科教育目前存在人才供给与需求错位,毕业生专业认同感低,行业就业率走低与流失率居高并存等问题。本文提出酒店管理本科教育目标定位于职业经理人,即确立职业经理人的培养目标,遵循市场化、国际化和应用型的价值导向,以职业养成教育为核心、以实习实训为支点的实践教学、以案例教学为主线的启发式教学为核心的第二课堂的教学模式,加强酒店管理学科、精品课程、优秀教材和师资建设,探索酒店管理本科人才培养的新模式。Hotel Management Undergraduate Education exists in problems, the dislocation between talent supply and demand, low of professional identity for graduates, lower employment rate and high loss rate. This paper proposed that hotel management undergraduate education target at professional managers, namely the establishment of the training objectives of professional managers, following market- oriented, international and applied value orientation, taking case teaching as main line, taking internship and training as a fulcrum, the second classroom teaching mode of taking occupational cultivating education as the core, and strengthening hotel management discipline, quality courses, excellent teaching materials and teacher, to explore new model of undergraduate training in hotel management.
